For 30 years he has led research and coaching at Impact Leaders, Forrester, HBI, Neohapsis, and Datos. He’s advised executives at 400+ global organizations on IT, security, and leadership. Steve has appeared on Fox News, CNN, and other programs, with analyses featured in The Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, and New York Times.
He was inducted into the ISSA Hall of Fame, founded Communities of Excellence, and received the Industry Visionary Compass Award from CSO Magazine. Steve holds CPP and CISSP certifications and an advanced degree from the University of Chicago.
